• Cancellations within 7 days of check-in: Enjoy 100% refund of your booking amount.
• Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before check-in: Receive 50% refund of your booking amount.
• Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in: You are eligible for a full 100% refund.

Please note: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days after cancellation.
